Testimonials

Knight Property Services did a great job caring for my personal and rental building lawns. Mr. Knight thoroughly inspected our lawns before beginning his first mowing and gave a very reasonable estimate. He and his staff were mindful of our young blueberry bushes and other vegetation we wished to be trimmed around. Knight Property Services is punctual, polite, and efficient. My lawns had a crisp and clean look to them after the job was completed. Mr. Knight was excellent about calling if his scheduled time needed to be moved due to inclement weather. Knight Property Services provides wonderful professional lawn care. I highly recommend Knight Property Services for any lawn care needs.

Reliable recommendation: We hired Dylan Knight of Knight Property Services to do a brush removal, tree pruning and other various jobs around the yard. He is courteous, did everything exactly as we asked, worked fast, and was very fair with his prices. I highly recommend Dylan! Give him a call if you need any assistance this fall!

Dylan & crew do a fantastic job on my lawn. Always manicured perfectly and leave it looking beautiful. Would highly recommend them.

We have used Dylan Knight’s Knight Property Services since its inception. He comes when he says he will, does what he says he’ll do, and does more if needed. This makes him our “go to guy” when we need outdoor work of any kind done. He is also trustworthy, honest, and a good guy. We highly recommend him and his company.

We are very happy customers. During a winter of record-breaking snow, we could count on Knight Property Services to show up on time, keep our large driveway perfectly clear and be respectful of our property.

We have used Knight Property Services for 2 years now for snow plowing and other services. We have been especially happy with their customer service and reliability. Recently we had Dylan and his team come out for some tree removal in our backyard. My husband was impressed with their quick scheduling and the quality of the work that they did. We are happy to refer them to our friends and family.

Dylan and his crew from Knight Property Services do an excellent job! They begin and complete whatever work they’ve committed to in a very timely, professional and thorough manner. Their “can do” attitude is refreshing and consistent. We recommend them highly.

I personally use Dylan’s landscaping company for my annual “cleaning up of the leaves” and I live on a road called Oakwood Drive . . . so the leaves are more than plentiful. I was very happy with the job performed, and he hauls off all of the leaves. This year I have arranged for a few of my neighbors to join in and get their leaves taken care of by Dylan as well. Professionally, Dylan has bid a variety of jobs through one of the other staff members. Dylan has earned the “reliability” title which is of utmost importance to the work we need him to do at Westbrook Housing. I highly recommend Dylan for jobs of any size!
