Knight Property Services did a great job caring for my personal and rental building lawns. Mr. Knight thoroughly inspected our lawns before beginning his first mowing and gave a very reasonable estimate. He and his staff were mindful of our young blueberry bushes and other vegetation we wished to be trimmed around. Knight Property Services is punctual, polite, and efficient. My lawns had a crisp and clean look to them after the job was completed. Mr. Knight was excellent about calling if his scheduled time needed to be moved due to inclement weather. I personally use Dylan’s landscaping company for my annual “cleaning up of the leaves” and I live on a road called Oakwood Drive . . . so the leaves are more than plentiful. I was very happy with the job performed, and he hauls off all of the leaves. This year I have arranged for a few of my neighbors to join in and get their leaves taken care of by Dylan as well. Professionally, Dylan has bid a variety of jobs through one of the other staff members.
